Tom is the President and Active Owner of AEI. Tom joined the company in 2001. He oversees long term company vision and direction for growth. He has guided AEI from a single location operation to one of the top regional service providers in the country with 14 locations, over 500 employees with over 300 vans on the road daily. His passion, knowledge and energy are unmatched. He is considered a pioneer in the television satellite industry and is one of the most respected DISH Network retailers and Regional Service providers in the country.
Tom is married and has three children. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, kite surfing, snowboarding, hunting big bucks and spending time with his family.
Mark is Chief Operation Officer here at AEI. He has been with AEI only a few years but comes to the Corporate Team as an Army Veteran, with over 20 years of Management, Training and Recruiting experience, and has recently earned his Masters in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. His job responsibilities entail Corporate Operations, Field Operations, Safety, Training and Quality Assurance.
Mark is single, and has a son and a daughter . In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his kids, riding his Harley, and working on old cars.
Diana is the Chief Resource Officer at AEI. She has been an AEI team member since 2002. Diana's responsibilities include inventory control, purchasing, project management, and financial reconciliation from Dish Network for hardware installed and services provided. She also leads administration of AEI deployed systems & software.
Diana loves to spend time with her daughter, as well as travel. She enjoys reading and movies when she is away from the office.
Jessica Gehm is the calendar manager and is an integral part of the corporate team. She has been an employee of AEI since February of 2000. Her job responsibilities include all aspects of staffing, scheduling, implementation of new policies and procedures, and call center training, monitoring of goals such as overdue work orders, handling cancels, reschedules and new connects, and managing quotas.
Jessica is married and has a son and step-son. Her family has a chocolate and a black lab they enjoy spending time with. Jessica also enjoys the outdoors, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Richard Osweiler is a Corporate Training and Quality Control Manager for the AEI Installation team. Rick came to AEI as a Navy Veteran with experience in sales and servicing Dish systems from being in the satellite television business as an independent contractor and owner of RC Enterprises. He has been an employee of AEI's since April of 2002 after joining the company as Quality Control/Trainer. In 2005 he earned the title of General Manger. His job responsibilities entail all aspects of ordering/inventory of EchoStar technician materials, and other small parts. He also handles customer complaints, building maintenance, vendor contacts and oversees all commercial account activity.
Rick is married to Christina. They have one daughter, two sons and two grand daughters. His family lives north of Green Bay where Rick enjoys the fresh air of the north woods.Â In his spare time, Rick enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.
Joe is the Marketing Manager here at AEI. Joe has a degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and brings over 19 years of advertising and marketing agency experience to the Corporate Team. He provides strategic marketing and positioning direction to AEI. His job responsibilities entail developing and executing advertising and marketing plans, creation of sales and marketing collateral materials and overseeing all marketing initiatives.
Joe is married and has three children. In his spare time he enjoys following his children's activities, coaching high school wrestling and enjoying the outdoors.
Lori Reynolds holds the Human Resource Manager position with AEI. She began her employment with AEI in 2009 and brought with her over 15 years of HR experience. She received her Bachelors degree in Public Administration, an Associates degree in Business and became certified in Human Resource management in 1999.
Her job is to oversee the HR department which would include the recruiting and hiring process as well as working with others to help develop and enforce company policies. She is involved in a wide variety of company projects and works with the corporate team as they create innovative ways to keep the company moving forward.
Lori enjoys working outside and spending time with family and friends.
Neal is the company CFO/Controller. Neal has more than 20 years experince in the finance area. He began his employment with AEI in 2004. He received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Finance & Accounting, and began his career as a Finance/Accounting Manager at American Medical Security Insurance Company in Green Bay. The past 10 years he has owned NJM Consulting in addition to his duties at AEI. Neal oversees the Accounting Department and is involved in all financial decisions involving AEI.
Neal is married and has three children. He is deeply involved in the community and currently a board member of the Junior Achievement of Brown County, Breast Cancer Family Foundation and the Pulaski High School Music Boosters. In his spare time he enjoys golf, fishing and bowling.
Perry is the Quality Control Manager. He has been with AEI since 2004. Perry comes to us with 20 years of experience installing satellite systems. As part of the corporate team here at AEI one of Perry's goals is to ensure every customer gets a professional install along with great customer satisfaction.
Perry has been married to Bev since 1982 and they have 3 children. Perry coached many sports while the children were in school. He took his girls high school team to state one year taking 2nd place! Perry still enjoys sports today and participates in as many as Bev will let him.
Jason is the Wisconsin Regional Manager. He directs Wisconsin Installation Teams by traveling to seven AEI offices around the state providing management and install expertise. His main focus is providing Best In Class service to all AEI customers while assisting in strategic planning, developing and implementation of AEI operational plans. He has been with AEI since 2000. He has held multiple positions with AEI including Technician, Local Office Manager and Quality Control Process.
In his spare time he enjoys Wisconsin's outdoor winter and summer activities including snowmobiling, hiking and boating.
Rob is the Michigan Regional Manager. He joined AEI in 2005 and has more than 15 years of management experience with over 10 years in the satellite TV industry. Prior to his current position, Rob successfully managed AEI's largest field office in Grand Rapids. He now directs Michigan Installation Teams by traveling to six AEI offices around the state providing management and install expertise. His main focus is providing Best In Class service to all AEI customers while assisting in strategic planning, developing and implementation of AEI operational plans.
Rob is married and has four children. He enjoys the outdoors including fly fishing, hunting and reading.
